FAQs & Terms

Do you have a store we can visit?
Sorry, we are not open in public as we are only breeding our animals in private farm.
Can I put an animal on hold without any payment?
Sorry we do not allow to put any animal on hold without a non-refundable deposit. We have too many bad experience which we ended up with customer who seen our reminder messages but no reply. 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes if necessary, payment plans shall be discussed further. Do contact us if you wish to pay by instalments.
 
Do you do wholesale?
Yes we welcome wholesale orders. Wholesale discounts are available on some morphs with minimum order quantity. Kindly contact us for further discussion.
 
SHIPPING 
After full payment is received, we will contact you to confirm the shipping day/date of your order. We ship from Monday through Wednesday for arrival of Tuesday through Thursday unless there's public holiday clashed then we will delay the shipment for few days to ensure the safety of our animals.

For West Malaysia, we have been using courier company named BBBexpress for years and their services are the best so far as they allow shipping parcel with label of "Live animals" and they do take care of the parcel very well from our experience. Unless you insist on us to ship via any other courier, we will proceed with BBBexpress. 
For East Malaysia, we ship via poslaju.
Shipments within West Malaysia are RM20 & East Malaysia are RM30.


GUARANTEE
 
  •  Live arrival
    We guarantee live arrival as long as someone is home to sign for the package & open immediately with a video as a proof of safely received. We cannot guarantee live arrival if you miss the delivery time and your package either waits outside under the sun or spends the rest of the day on the delivery truck. DO NOTE THAT WEATHER IS EXTREMELY HOT NOWADAYS.

    It is very unlikely for reptiles to arrive dead but should this happen please contact us immediately with the video of unboxing as a proof. We will attempt to replace the animal or refund your money if replacement is not available.


     
  •  Health
    We guarantee the health of all our animals. When they leave our facility, they are healthy, eating well, and sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed or stated otherwise). Please contact us immediately if you notice any health issues. 

    We reserve the right to refuse a health guarantee due to improper care or husbandry. If you do not notify us any issue immediately upon receiving then that means we both concurred the animals is perfectly healthy when you received. If you contact us after few days asking about animals having any issue we have the rights to forfeit all guarantee. If we have determined the issue is related to stress and over-handling of the gecko the guarantee will be forfeit. 
    All reptile guarantees are FORFEIT if the animals purchased is housed with any other gecko or reptile.

    Please keep in mind that reptiles temperament can vary from animal to animal. Although geckos are typically docile, we cannot guarantee a gecko will be "tame" to one's own personal satisfaction. Geckos usually can be worked with to become manageable in the right hands, and we will make every attempt to help along the way.
